• For the Case Manager / Claims Adjuster
  • We value your time and will make every effort to ensure that is as efficient as possible. Please introduce yourself at our reception area so we can notify the doctors of your arrival.
  • Immediately after each visit you will receive:
  • — a summary note which will provide diagnosis
  • — updated treatment plan
  • — estimated return to work day
  • — need for additional tests or therapy
  • — next scheduled office visit.
  • All chart notes will be available for review within 3 business days. We will fax reports and results to any facility requested. A special phone number (908) 486-1111 (prompt #5) has been established which has dedicated office staff available to assist you with any questions which may arise.
