Elbow Instability in Union, NJ

Elbow Instability is a condition in which the stability of the elbow is compromised causing the elbow joints to ā€œcatchā€ or ā€œpopā€ when in use. One of the more common symptoms is the feeling of the elbow slipping out of place while in use.

The elbow is made up of three bones- the (humerus) and the two bones of the forearm (radius and ulna).

On the inner and outer sides of the elbow, strong ligaments (lateral ligament and ulnar ligament) hold the elbow joint together and keep it in place.
