Brandon Sanchez, DPT

Physical Therapist

Originally from Bogota, New Jersey, just a short drive from the George Washington Bridge, Dr. Brandon Sanchez has always been deeply connected to sports and fitness. His love for activities such as basketball, football, and baseball, combined with his dedication to physical fitness, has driven his desire to help others improve their mobility and well-being. When he’s not working, Brandon enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, which reflects his commitment to building strong, personal relationships—an essential quality in his approach to patient care.

Brandon’s academic journey began at Kean University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology. During his time there, he not only excelled in his studies but also served as a mentor in the School of General Studies. His hands-on experience as a physical therapy aide during his undergraduate years laid a solid foundation for his professional career, offering him valuable insight into the field of rehabilitation.

After completing his undergraduate education, Brandon pursued his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the prestigious Columbia University. His clinical experiences spanned various settings, including in-patient acute care, sub-acute/skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient orthopedics. He also developed a strong interest in neurological physical therapy, which became his focus during his final semester. Brandon’s approach to care is patient-centered, as he values learning from his patients and collaborating with them to create comprehensive, individualized care plans that improve mobility and overall function.
