Doctor Abdelshahed is a great doctor, one thing that I am very upset is that when I speak to someone on the phone, I ask if there is a way I can talk to the doctor due to the severe shoulder pain I am experiencing. I feel like the people that answer the phone don’t listen and won’t address the issue. I know Doctors are very busy seeing patients and I understand because I also work in the medical field. This is still no excuse to disregard my ongoing complications. I won’t bother or call any more with this ongoing complications. Sorry for this message but this is how I truly feel.
