I had an appointment for an initial consultation on 8/16/23. While speaking with the receptionist, I learned that I had mistakenly been scheduled to meet with the wrong doctor. However, in an effort, to resolve the problem, the receptionist spoke with the doctor who should have been scheduled to meet with me to see if the consultation could be completed. The doctor, Dr. Naomi Gold graciously agreed to meet with me and conduct the initial consultation.
Dr. Gold was thorough, engaging and informative, advising of all that needed to be done in order to proceed with testing.
I found the entire staff to be professional in every regard, making every effort to correct their error and have my initial consultation completed as scheduled; and the appointment, in its entirety, was completed in a timely manner.
My initial interaction with Union County Orthopedic Group was very positive; and that gives me encouragement that it will continue with future appointments and services.
