Appointment was set for 9am; was not seen until 9:40; this was not my 1st visit and they have a policy that showing up can incur a fee. What about a rebate for keeping patients sitting in the waiting room for 40 min. People have jobs that they have to take time off in order to make medical appoints on time. Otherwise than the wait time the doctor is pretty good and knowledgeable. Hope to not have to sit in the waiting room on my next visit.
