One of the best experiences I’ve had at a doctors office. Their team will treat you right and show that they care about your health above anything else.
Stay far away from this practice!!! I have been using this practice for over 5 years. I made an appointment online for this morning. After traveling a long distance to get there, i was told that there was no appointment. After being there for 15 minutes, i was told that I owe $50.00 and then jumped to $60.00 from back in 2022, and that I cannot see the doctor until I pay the money.I had to leave the practice in pain without seeing the doctor. In close to 70 years of life, i have never been treated this way by a doctors office! Office would not allow me to check with my insurance cost on why the money was not paid. It is very obvious, this practice cares more about money then ones health!
Dr. Ropiak is very understanding and polite. He’s also very gentle and genuinely cares about his patients. He does his best him ensuring his patient’s needs are met. I would highly recommend him.
Very thorough and always gives options
I had to return after six months due to my body’s response to the unfortunate content of uric acid that triggers my arthritis gout. Not that that is important, but what is very important is that the doctor had very sensitive fingers to my painful joint and he was able to tend to my needs with care and love. He made me more comfortable leaving the office than when I entered. And now I am just happy to return and see his smiling face. Highly recommended.
