Very fine office staff. Dr. Gabriel informed me that my problem was not what other doctors thought that it was and recommended that I get physical therapy.

I arrived for my scheduled appointment, completed the check-in process, but once in the room, the staff member immediately started requesting claim numbers and irrelevant information instead of asking about the reason for my visit. She was unable to explain why she needed this information and, after a 20-minute absence to find answers, still couldn’t address my questions. It’s no wonder they have appointment availability, considering the poor customer service. It seems this facility prioritizes profits over patient care. My morning that I called out of work for was lost.

I recently had hip replacement surgery. Unfortunately, I waited so long to get the surgery considering the pain I was in. A friend recommended Union County Orthopedic, in particular Dr. Roger. I can’t thank Dr. Roger and his entire staff enough for the meticulous work that they performed on my hip, as well as understanding of the process of hip replacement. As a person who has been involved in athletics as an athletic director, I can’t recommend Dr. Roger enough for his fantastic work and attention to detail.

Excellent doctor, always kind, gentle, very polite and never had to wait long periods on the waiting room. He take the time to explain every procedure or treatment.

Dr Rojer is my real life superhero. Been my Dr almost 10 years now , helps manage my AS monthly. Don’t no where I’d be with out him truthfully. Best Dr I’ve ever had can’t thank him his staff enough so grateful.

My experience with Dr. Sutain has always been great. He has been my pain management doctor for well over 10 years and I trust him completely with the care he has provided me.

Last time I was there, I waited two hours and they forgot to put my file in a pile to be seen. I rescheduled and this time the doctor was not available so they sent me home for a potential telephone call. Not impressed. I’m giving it one star for the organization / service. Dr. M is the only reason I come back.
