Very professional treatment at all times. My doctors Betesh and Ropiak are very respectful.

I have had the good fortune to be cared for Christopher Ropiak, MD over the last year or so. His expertise and kindness is apparent. The office staff is incredibly accommodating. I appreciate all that they have done for me and highly recommend UCOG.

Dr. Roger had a very busy and packed office but he saw us relatively quickly all things considered and was as professional and gracious as ever.

I brought my son in as a patient and went back as a patient myself. The staff was friendly and helpful. The doctors were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I saw a doctor, had X-rays taken, received treatment, and was out the door in less then an hour.

It is not common that you find a doctor who is a professional in their field as well as having a genuine concern for the patient. A doctor who will explain to the patient what treatment is needed. A doctor who will take the time and answer any patient questions. Well, Dr. Betesh is one of these doctors. I am lucky to have found Dr. Betesh. She is currently in the process of treating me and I am sure I am in capable hands.

Dr Ropiak is knowledgeable, listens to you when you talk, spends time to make sure you understand everything and ALWAYS asks if you have anything else that he or one of his partners can help you out with.

Dr Sutain is definitely one of NJ Top Doctors along with top notch office staff. Thank you J.G

Went today, specifically stated not to give me any pain meds that would cause dizziness or drowsiness or disorientation well I’m now in bed feeling like I’m on a antihistamine and have had the doctor paged 2x and no call back and the doctor I saw wants me to go for a MRI I said I wanted open he says no problem and tells the reception person to schedule it at their facility in in Millburn, the MRI location is in Maplewood and they don’t do open.

Ever time I have an appointment, it takes over an hour for me get seen by the doctor. Even when I still arrive 30 minutes the same situation happens. The front deck is also every incompetent. they lost a woman’s insurance card than argued with her saying they gave it back, then after it appeared ” under some paperwork” they didn’t even bother to apologize.
